My Neighbor Shot My Dog and Is Getting By With It

my neighbor shot my beloved Tech not once but twice due to his chickens being in "danger". By danger he meant Tech was wondering around the outside fence sniffing. the first shot he took he hit my baby in the butt and he took off and started running around the back of the fence to return home where he was safe, the second shot Tommy Lovett hunted my Tech down in a buggy and shot him at close range in the back right shoulder taking off a whole side of my poor babies body. After the first shot was made my Tech was no longer a "threat" to this man or his chickens. while this happened my other baby (boy of four years) was standing at our fence yelling, screaming, and crying as he watch this horrific event take place. me and my boyfriend were outside calling to our dog once we realized he was missing and once we knew where he had gone the first gun shot sounded and we started running towards the neighbors yard screaming and yelling for him not to shoot again and not to kill him but he did it anyway right in front of us. then had the nerve to approach me and my boyfriend and start cussing us out. when my boyfriend in his state of grieving told him that he had just killed the best dog in the whole world tommy looked at him laughed and said, "i dont care if he was or not cause all he is now is a dead dog." this is NOT a case of protecting your home and family from a wild dog, this is animal cruelty and an act of pure hatred. 

yes Tech is a pitbull and yes they are known for violence but HE was not violient, he was my four year olds best friend so please bring juctice for my baby Tech and dont let this MONSTER get away with this AGAIN. (this was not the first case with this man)
