1. Final divorce hearing
a. Final divorce hearing took place on Thursday aug. 9 2012
b. Sean worboys petitioner in said divorce requested the court award him with the families 3 animals(2 dogs and a cat)
c.The court asked that the two parties submit a written order to the court in 30 days so the court could then make a final decision
2. Just three days later
a. Aug. 12 @ approximately 9:30am bobbi worboys contacted Sean worboys their one dog Ally went outside laid down and died.
b. sean worboys replied by asking if the dog was barried Bobbi informed him that she indeed had been barried
c. Sean requested the body of the dog to get an autopsy done to rule out foul play on the dog
d. Bobbi refused stating Sean wasn't allowed on her dads property said her dad, he would need to get a court order for the dog.
e. Sean filed a police report and an emergency petition to the court for the families other two animals
f. On Aug. 17 the court in Miami county Indiana denyed Sean worboys petition.
g. Bobbi and Sean worboys have also been going through custody battle with the parties two children. On Aug. 13 at visitation with his kids, concern was raised when the children 5 and 7 told their father that " mom didn't kill Ally, dad". No child should know anything like that especially at their ages. It would have been sufficient enough to just inform the kids that the dog was no longer alive.
3. We need help in finding out the truth ensuring accountability if there was indeed foul play.Torturing animals is a class D felony. Not to mention the mental anguish it has unessarily put on the children.
