Joint Indo/Sri Lankan Marine Park to Resolve Fisheries War

We call on the governments of Sri Lanka and India to resolve the fisheries war between the two countries by increase the yield of fisheries, this can be done by turning to conservation http://www.sundaytimes.lk/130203/news/big-brothers-trawlers-carry-on-regardless-31484.html

 A joint marine peace park must be established to allow fisheries to recover through the spillover effect .http://www.protectplanetocean.org/somr/ReserveEffects.html
