Free Health Care for those in poverty

According to NIH.gov"A single payer, government run system would cover everyone, without barriers, based on ability to pay. Single payer systems are more equitable; have lower administrative costs; greater user satisfaction; and better quality and access" therefore they should give free Health care to the poor.
