Dog breeder is training his dogs to rip apart animals AND he wants to sell those dogs to the public

This Massachusetts Dog Breeder , lets his dogs rip apart a whole deer piece by piece because he believes in Raw Diet. Yes ok Raw diet is fine but training your dogs to rip apart whole animals is not OK. Training your dogs to associate other animals as food is not ok. 

What happens when these dogs think a child is food or your dog is food while walking down the street?
