Please Remove Foie Gras off the Menu at Northcote Restaurant!

Nigel Haworth has been promoting foie gras recently by putting it on the menu at his restaurant and adding a recipe of this cruel "food" in his book.  Foie gras is produced by force feeding ducks and geese with a long metal pipe so that their livers swell up to ten times their normal size. That practice is so cruel that it is actually illegal in the UK. Please join us in telling Nigel Haworth how barbaric foie gras is and urge him to remove it from his menu. If everyone comments then it will have more of an impact but remember to keep all comments polite.
