PETITION SAINSBURY'S: STOP SELLING ISRAELI GOODS
Israel has flouted more UN resolutions than any other country. Its illegal occupation of Palestinian land has created a humanitarian disaster in the region. Today Palestinians live in crushing poverty and suffer daily human rights abuse under occupation and in refugee camps. By continuing to trade with Israel, Sainsbury's is complicit in Israel's crimes.
Call on Sainsbury's to:
1) Stop stocking Israeli goods.
2) Cease trading with the Israeli companies Carmel-Agrexco and Hadiklaim which export goods made on illegal Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories .
We, the undersigned, urge Sainsbury's to take the lead as a responsible and ethical trader to stop stocking Israeli goods until Israel ends its illegal occupation of Palestinian land, complies with international humanitarian law and ends its human rights abuse against Palestinians.
