The purpose of this petition is to force Regent Mercantile, the business that runs the online computer game Evony to be held accountable for not banning user Crusher122 of the Crusher alliance for using a speed hack, prestige cheats, and other forms of TOS violations in a timely manner.
User Crusher 122 also sends abusive emails to Evony Users.

Even though crusher is a 13 year old child from the mid-western, United States, Evony seems UNRESPONSIVE and UNABLE to handle reviewing and taking action on his account when it is so obvious to the alliances and hundreds of PAYING users that he is using a hack/cheat. We as a coalition find it extremely disturbing that we know more about this user and his exploits than the staff at EVONY do.
Evony users have been reporting him left and right and still, Evony refuses to deal out an official response and only a handful of us have received a canned response. Meanwhile, we are all being attacked by him and are losing troops, resources and cities on a daily basis.
If Regent Mercantile does not address this matter soon, many players are going to QUIT EVONY on the account of the fact that quite frankly there is no point to it anymore. This is the feedback that the alliance leaders are hearing from their members.
We wish for Evony to address this matter immediately and stop dancing around the issues with their bugs and vulnerabilities and just take action!
We the end users have been defrauded by Regent Mercantile legally as we have paid for Evony Coins that are now rendered WORTHLESS on account of the fact that users like Crusher122 and Tiz have used these exploits to get around paying for an item that was supposed to be exclusive to evony to help you build and level up faster.
In effect, with this user around, none of us can play, enjoy the game, or continue to purchase Evony cents knowing there is no real point to it. We all know this is a MMO and that it is about wars, winning and losing, but you can't fight a battle against someone with unlimited resources on account of them procuring them via methods that constitute a TOS violation.
