Education camps in Haiti, and Mozambique

To make education camps available in Haiti and Mozambique, Mozambique being the poorest country in the world and Haiti being the poorest country in the western hemisphere, even more effected by the recent 7.0 earthquake.  What the purpose of this is that richer countries (United States, England, Canada, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, etc.) will worktogether to build education camps.  These are where people will sleep, they will be given a reasonable ammount of food a day (depending on how poor the area because if you give an extremely skinny child too much food his metabolism will shut down and he will die.  They will give them more and more food every week).  Then educate them.  Teach them how to read and write in their own language and when they have accomplished that teach them english.  Give them and their families a place to sleep.  I'm thinking of like a bunk bed and of course the room will be shared with other families but not as a ghetto.  This process will go on for about a year depending how long it takes for certain people to evolve.  Before people enter the camps they shall be checked for weapons, drugs, or any other harmfull material.
