Collaboration of Care
Dr. Chabots office has lost their lease and needs to relocate office space. We are looking for support of the community to bring the St. Elizabeth Medical Center to the Harding Nursing Home building. We have relocated supplies and have the ability to move offices to provide space for his medical practice. The Nursing Home and the Medical Center will operate separately with their own entrances.
