Far too many parents are being convicted of child abuse & neglect. Too many kidnappings & murders of our beautiful children are happening!

Our goal is to have stricter laws when it comes to child abuse & neglect. NO MORE slaps on the wrists! NO MORE 2nd chances! Misdemeanor child abuse & neglect should be eliminated all together & they should be automatically charged with a felony with automatic jail time for no less than 30 days.
 
Too many children are being left behind. Thier parents are being charged with mere misdemeanors, and not felonies. There should be stronger punishments for poor parents, guardians, caretakers, foster parents & strangers.

Caylee Anthony was failed. Let us not fail another child!

This IS NOT just for Caylee. But, for Dominick Calhoun, Haley Cummings, & every single child who has been a victim of abuse & neglect. They had no voice!

Child abuse is the mistreatment of a child under the age of 18 by a parent, caretaker, someone living in their home or someone who works with or around children. The mistreatment must cause injury or put the child at risk of physical injury. Child abuse can be physical (such as burns or broken bones), sexual (such as fondling or incest), or emotional. Neglect happens when a parent or responsible caretaker fails to provide adequate supervision, food, clothing, shelter or other basics for a child.
