San Diego ca should put in a congress for hybrid cichlid

I love hybrid pet fish like flowerhorns,hybrid smallmouth bass, and hybrid green sunfish. I'm making a hybrid fish with my male jaguar cichlid and a secret different female cichlid to make a new generation of fish. I will only see the babies to BLUE STATES ONLY. NO red states.
