Stop Killing My Friends Mr Adrian Cioran - Manager of Petrosani Dog Shelter

Adrian Coiran - Manager of the public shelter in Petrosani has been killing the dogs and not allowing them to be adopted. This is illegal and we want him to stop. He refuses to release the dogs to parties that are able to find them homes. The shelter is given an allowance to feed the dogs and the dogs have never been fed by the shelter - the money is spent. We raise funds in order to feed the dogs as the local council do not care if they are fed or not. We want Mr Adrian Coiran to declare what he is doing with the funds given to him to feed the dogs, we want him to stop killing the dogs, we want him removed from his post!!
