End discrimination against certain breeds of dogs

Our shelters are in trouble. With funds being cut and more animals being abused through abandonment ,torture,lack of spay and neuter clinics and substandard education efforts. We might live in a highly disposable world but animals are not disposable.
The ASPCA should be doing spay and neuter clinics. Using live animals for experiments is WRONG. It needs to be stopped NOW!!!
