Blend the Evil Dead and Phantasm universes!

As a longtime fan of both the Evil Dead and Phantasm franchises, I think it would be amazing to see Ash and Reggie team up agaist the forces of darkness, and I bet a lot of other horror-fans would support the idea.
I understand that Bruce Campbell no longer wants to play ash, but I think that recreating the charachters with young unknown actors would be great!
