Keep Cannabis Delivery Legal in San Diego

With the passage of the the recent trailer bill, SB94, the state of California has created a separate license for deliveries NOT connected to a brick and mortar dispensary. However, in order to get this license, a LOCAL license must first be obtained. At this time, San Diego has no plans to issue these licenses, effectively shutting out all independent delivery services. We believe this is simply unacceptable.

San Diego Cannabis Delivery Alliance (SDCDA) was created to ensure public safety and reasonable access to cannabis medicine through a network of legal delivery services throughout the City and County of San Diego.
