STOP THE POISONING OF DOGS IN URZICENI - ROMANIA -

Dear officials, 

All the horror happening in URZICENI , is known all over the world.

It appears obvious that the mayor of URZICENI, not only knows very well what is happening but most likely AGREES...It also appears that the Police of Urziceni does not take the right actions as stipulated in the Romanian Law for animal protection...It also appears that even the prosecutors and judges do not take Romanian Laws seriously, although they should be THE FIRST to implement the laws of the country...

It is so obvious that Romanian officials do not take their own laws into consideration.

 With all the documentation, with witnesses who caught the city hall employees dropping poison in the areas where dogs used to live...the PROSECUTOR still refuses to press charges, even more the president of the Romanian federation against cruelty to animals ( FRPCA - Mr.Mircea Serbanoiu) was him self almost kicked out from the Mayor's office

 We ask you all to reconsider your position about the law for animal protection, to fully investigate each and every case of cruelty, and KILLING of strays, to bring to justice those responsible for such illegal activities, regardless of who they are...By continuing these criminal activities and by continuing to cover them up, you will continue to tarnish the image of your own country and you should be held accountable...

We want to remind you that Romania has signed international treaties and conventions ,ratified them...and all authorities in Romania should implement them and should apply the LAW.

Please, stop the MASSACRES and punish the criminals...
