Demand justice for these poor dogs!

All these dogs are lucky to be alive after living in such horrific conditions. Nothing was done after the neglect of his own daughter and now nothing has been done after the terrible treatment of these dogs either?! This man needs to be arrested & face real consequences or people will continue to treat animals this way because they know nothing will happen to them. They never get arrested for this or anything & it's ridiculous!!! Something needs to be done! These poor dogs deserve justice!
