PETITION TO REMOVE UPS-LAX-UNION SHOP STEWARD WILLIE APONTE

The undersigned employees of
(UPS-LAX-INGLEWOOD) do not
want to be represented by
(WILLIE APONTE), hereafter
referred to as "SHOP STEWARD".

Should the undersigned employees constitute 50% or more of the bargaining unit represented by the union, the undersigned employees hereby request that our Union Local 986 immediately withdraw the Shop Steward listed above from his duties effective immediately.

PETITION SIGNATURES SHOULD ONLY BE COLLECTED ON NON-WORK UPS TIME, IN NON-WORK UPS AREAS.

THE UNION AND EMPLOYER NAMES MUST BE FILLED IN BEFORE SIGNATURES ARE COLLECTED.

THE EMPLOYER MAY NOT ASSIST OR CONTRIBUTE RESOURCES.
