Demand an end to Shelter euthanasia now!

Shelters need to create a network for fosters and rescues to help create space for incoming animals instead of euthanizing animals due to lack of space. These dogs and cats are out in shelters against their Will due to irresponsible owners and breeders and not to die to any fault of their own.
