Tell AZ Legislature to uphold City laws that ban puppy mill sales

One mall pet store owner and one business lobbyist quashed popular laws in Tempe and Phoenix and stopped another pending in Tucson to shut down this marketing outlet for dogs bred in inhumane conditions.

Breeding mothers can be legally kept their entire life in wire cages only six inches longer and taller than the mom that are stacked atop other wire cages containing other moms and washed only once every two weeks.
