STOP THE PUPPY BARN (In UT)

We have been to the puppy barn multiple times. My friend bought a chihuahua there. Hoping to save his life. He was full of worms and his eyes could barley open. We also got yelled at for looking in the trash. This puppy's aren't getting the right nutrition either. They are under weight. And treated poorly with people picking them up every minute of there life till they get adopted. These poor puppy's won't help themselves. So please let's put an end to this sort of abuse.
