There has been an ongoing "investigation" on Ms. Wise since Aug 2011. To date, nothing has been done about the alleged abuse Ms. Wise inflicts upon her animals.
Only until a concerned neighbor contacted local media has attention been brought to this case.
Demand that York SPCA do something to remove those animals immediately. They're most recent excuse is that the video was blurry... what do you think?
