Please Help me to Help my Brother David out of Jail

My Name is Juan Rodriguez From Miami, and I would like to ask you for your attention, this time is about my Friend and Brother David Baugher who is mentally Ill and supposedly violated his probation when he made a call to the 911 because he was medicated and he thought he saw a Bomb when he was coming back home, David has a mental history and have frequently Psychotic breakdowns for which I Have dedicated my Life to take care of him as he dosen't have anyone to take care of him, I also have a mental disease called OCD and Tourette that's why I am advocated to take care of him because I know what means to be alone and Ill. David is a Very Good good tender and Innocent soul, but when he was younger he met the wrong person which invited him to "party", as he was young and looking for friends he accepted. after this person gave him More than 4 TIMES THE REGULAR DOSAGE WHICH IS A CONTROLLED DRUG CALLED KLONOPIN, he trusting her and his innocence took it. something happened later where they had a sort of discussion and he only remembers waking up full of blood. David Killed the Girl, according him she tried to rob him something of value which drove him mad as he was under the influence of drugs.

David since he left prison on Parole 12 years later, was a hard working and a very good person but also very alone and needy he held a Good job and never had an issue with anyone. until one day he had some kind of mental crisis, most probably because of his medication, then he called 911 as he was worried and they put him back to Jail. just for doing something any regular person would have done if they see the enviroment is at risk, now they revoked his Parole and his more than one Year waiting for unending Hearings and the prosecution wants to give him Life FOR BEING ILL!! the prosecution is really Evil and Unfair as it was not only his responsability for what happened in the past, He got second degree murder and 20 years which he did 12. why would you punish someone that committed a second degree with Life? why do you want to destroy another life? the victim has his part in all this USING AND MANIPULATING AND ALSO OFFERING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS IN EXTREME DOSAGES !! Why do they want to ruin his life as this Girl ruined his life too? why did she do that? She can't acknowledge her responsability because she 's dead? yes still has her part in this tragedy which was an Horrible accident not a planned crime , I know that any of them both wasn't expecting this to happen, but it dosen't take David the Only Responsible and let alone when he's fully reinstated in the society and do not represent any risk for anyone, He only takes his medication, I have lived with him for the last 5 years since he got out, never a single incident, problem, I was not even scared of him because I heard his story, he is such a good man he was and he is suffering already from the Past in his Life, is not his fault he has medical disabilities, we can't punish people for that, he woke up every morning took coffee read the bible went to work came back late watched the news and went to bed, he loved Dogs and watching movies. Please help me to Understand the Judge his Story and don't get him any harsh sentence for something he never meant to, he never also meant to violate his probation let alone for something so stupid, he was trying to protect the community. I have been suffering for His well being as he must take medication for his head and spinal Issues, he is a rehabilitated ex convict and everybody deserve Help EVERYONE And also a second time .
