Estimados amig@s, el pueblo de Guatemala necesita de su apoyo para detener una ola de violencia que en estas últimas dos semanas ha cobrado la vida de varios líderes Mayas, sindicalistas, defensores de los derechos humanos y hasta un periodista.

       Carlos Hernández - sindicalista de la SNTSG y líder de COPIISCO y FNL- (7/03/2013+)

       Andrés  Francisco Miguel, Pablo Antonio Pablo, Esteban Bernabé de Poza Verde (03/02/13) detenidos y los 18 Lideres y lideresas de la resistencia acusados de sedición y ruptura del orden constitucional

       Encarnación Ramírez López - secretario de actas de la Comunidad Indígena de Xalapán- (17/03/2013+)

       El periodista Jaime Jarquin Duarte y un hombre más (20/03/2013+) originarios del departamento de Jutiapa.

       Desaparecido el Sr. Roberto González - Presidente del Parlamento Indígena Xinca y de la Comunidad Indígena de Xalapán- luego de ser secuestrado por un operativo realizado por hombres armados y encapuchados el 17/03/2013. 

       Rubén Herrera, detenido (15/03./2013) promotor del derecho de la consulta previa, libre e informada de las comunidades indígenas, señalándole de terrorismo y actividades en contra de la seguridad de la nación.

La RPDG y organizaciones aliadas pedimos la solidaridad del mundo para exigir al Gobierno de Guatemala que pare esta represión. DEMUESTRE SU APOYO Y SOLIDARIDAD FIRMANDO ESTA CARTA que va a ser enviada al Presidente de Guatemala Otto Pérez Molina el Día 4 de Abril.

       Encarnación López Ramírez - recording secretary of the Indigenous Community of Xalapán-(03/17/2013 +)

       The journalist Jaime Duarte Jarquin and a man (03/20/2013 +) from the Jutiapa Department.

       Missing Mr. Roberto Gonzalez - President Xinca Indian Parliament and of the Indigenous Community of Xalapán -after being kidnapped by a raid by hooded gunmen on 17/03/2013.

       Ruben Herrera, human rights defender detained (15/03./2013) promoting the right of free, prior and informed consultation of indigenous communities, charged with acts of terrorism and activities against the security of the nation.
