You can make a big difference in the fight to save sea turtles by using your many television and media appearances to highlight the plight of sea turtles and their constant struggle to survive destructive fisheries, plastic pollution, and degrading nesting beach habitat. Nesting beaches in the U.S. are threatened by increased urban development, light pollution which causes hatchlings to stray away from the ocean, and rising sea levels from global warming.
