Help fund Mc Nairy County Humane Society and Stop Animal dumping

McNairy County has a growing problem with Animal dumping and irresponsible pet owners. The workers at McNairy County Humane Society have been self funding this program . This should not be a self funded organization. There are laws against animal dumping and abuse but they are not enforced in this county.

There are a lot of things that need to happen but here are a few that need to happen immediately:
1. Funds need to be set aside, by city and county governments, to help fund and build shelter for MCHS.
2. Laws against animal dumping and abuse need to be strictly enforced . Part of fines and /or court cost need to go back to help fund MCHS.
