Verscheidene dierenhaters willen de invoer van buitenlandse asielhonden verbieden in België. Hun motivatie: eigen honden eerst. Dit is puur racisme en discriminatie! Wij willen onze rescue verder zetten en zo de zwaar mishandelde en verwaarloosde honden redden en een nieuwe kans geven! Dit alles doen wij al jaren met eerbied voor de honden, sympathisanten en adoptanten. Wij zijn voor de volle 100% in regel met de wet. Help ons de honden te redden!!! WANT ELK DIER HEEFT RECHT OP EEN LEVEN!!!

Ban on imports in Belgium and the Netherlands?

Dear animal friends,

There has been some time a discussion about the import of dogs from Spain to Belgium and the Netherlands.

As you probably already know, there are numerous animal rescue organisations that are active in Spain, trying to save the lives of the many abandoned, neglected or maltreated dogs.

We, the volunteers of ACE Charity, have been active for a long time trying to help, recover and rehome these dogs. We search a new home for them in Spain, of course, but also in foreign countries. After all, the borders are open, we are %u201Cone Europe%u201D. Unfortunately, %u201Cone Europe%u201D doesn%u2019t mean in all respects freedom and equality. In Spain %u201Ctraditions%u201D and %u201Ccustoms%u201D often have the upper hand and due to a poor education about this subject a lot of animals are being maltreated. At the moment, there are a lot of protests going on against the bullfights, the transport of animals and also the so-called %u201CPerrera%u2019s%u201D. The closure of  the Perrera %u201CEl Refugio%u201D in Puerto Real in the province of Cadiz is a great turning point that was supported by tens of thousands of people in the hope that the laws are about to change and that these pound animals, and all animals of course, will finally be dealt with in a humane way.

ACE Charity amongst others, helped to save a number of the dogs from the Perrera of Puerto Real. However, this didn´t mean that we supported these practices. Quite the reverse! For us, it%u2019s only about helping the dogs which are left to fend for themselves and give them a new chance to find a home. A complete change in culture here is Spain will probably take many more years. We as humans, and most certainly the animals, can%u2019t afford to wait for this change%u2026

That%u2019s why we reach for them and make sure that these innocent being are helped. This means to nourish them and look carefully for a new loving home where they can finally enjoy the love and attention that the sorely deserve. Whether this home lies in Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Austria or the Netherlands shouldn%u2019t even matter! After all, we are %u2018one Europe%u2019, right?

ACE Charity helps these helpless and no-wanted animals. We are being supported by SEPRONA, the Spanish anti-pollution squad. We are an authorized charity, which means that we are monitored at a high level, our export as well as our accounting.

Various organisations which transport dogs to Belgium or the Netherlands that are not castrated; not sterilized or ill started this discussion. It%u2019s obvious that we reject and regret this state of affairs. Of course, we also make mistakes. After all, we%u2019re only human. But our protocol is not to approve any adoption without the castration or sterilization of the concerning dog. This is an absolute condition and is therefore mentioned in the adoption contract. Dogs who are too young or ill to be anaesthetized have to be castrated later on. This is also mentioned in the contract and is monitored by a Belgian inspector. We operate by means of house calls and contracts. All of our volunteers operate in a very thorough way and they dedicate themselves to the wellbeing these dogs with all of their hearts and souls.

People always criticise each other, but our goal is clear: the dogs are important, not %u201Cthe commerce in dogs%u201D, %u201Chuge profits%u201D and %u201Cliving on donations%u201D. This is absolutely unacceptable. Our accounting can be inspected at any time and through our registration number there%u2019s a complete and strict inspection.

Please, don%u2019t leave these animals to fend for themselves. A lot of them get a lethal injection or worse after only ten days%u2026 Who are we to judge how long it might take for an animal to find new luck? The love from a dog is infinitive, please let your heart be as great to%u2026

Einfuhrverbot fuer Tiere nach Belgien und Holland

Liebe Tierfreunde,

In letzter Zeit wurde sehr viel ueber die Einfuhr von Tiere nach Holland und Belgien diskutiert.

Wie Ihnen sicherlich bekannt ist, gibt es mehrere Rettungsvereine in Spanien, welche es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, Tiere aus den Toetungsstationen in Spanien zu retten.

Wir, die ehrenamtlichen Helfer von ACE Charity Org. sind schon seit langer Zeit aktiv, Tiere zu retten und in ein neues Zuhause zu vermitteln. Wir suchen ein neues Zuhause in Spanien, aber auch in anderen Laendern. Alle Grenzen zwischen den Laendern sind jetzt geoeffnet worden und wir sind %u2018ein Land%u2019! Leider heisst dieses nicht Freiheit und Einheit. In Spanien alte Traditionen sind sehr schwierig zu beseitigen, durch minderwaertige Ausbildung, dadurch werden in Spanien sehr viele Tiere gequaelt.

Im Moment gibt es viele Protestationen gegen den Stierkampf, den Transport von Tieren und den Toetungsstationen (Perreras). Diese Protestationen sind ein Wendepunkt und wird von mehreren Tausend Menschen unterstuetzt, in der Hoffnung, dass in Zukunft alle Tiere human behandelt werden.

ACE Charity Org. hat in der letzten Zeit versucht, so viele Tiere wie moeglich aus Toetungsstationen zu retten. Dieses heisst aber nicht, dass wir die Methoden die dort herrschen, dulden, uns liegt es nur daran, so viele Tiere wie moeglich zu retten und sie vor dem sicheren Tod zu schuetzen. Es wird noch mehrere Jahre dauern, die Sitten der Spanier zu aendern, wir, die Retter der armen Tiere, koennen aber nicht das Ehlend so lange mit ansehen.

Aus diesem Grunde retten wir die Tiere, die hilflos in den Perreras sitzen und verkommen und versuchen, ein liebes neues Zuhause fuer die Tiere zu finden. Ob dieses in Spanien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Schweden, Finnland, Belgien, Oesterreich oder Holland ist, ist uns gleich, da wir ja jetzt %u2018ein Europa%u2019 sind.

ACE Charity Org. hilft diesen hilflosen Tieren, welche ausgesetzt , obdachlos und vergessen in den Perreras sitzen. Wir sind eine registrierte Charity (Stiftung), das heisst, dass wir staendig Kontrollen von den Behoerden bekommen zwecks Ausfuhr und Finanzen.

Einige Tierschutzorganisationen, welche Tiere nach Belgien und Holland vermitteln, kastrieren oder sterilisieren vor der Ausreise nicht und werden oft in einem kranken Zustand geschickt. Daraus ist diese Diskusion entstanden. Wir sind mit diesem Zustand nicht einverstanden. Es kommt vor, dass auch bei uns Fehler entstehen, soetwas kann ab und zu einmal vorkommen, denn wir sind alle nur ehrenamtliche Helfer,  aber wir vermitteln niemals unkastrierte und unsterilisierte Hunde, das steht deutlich in allen unseren Bestimmungen und ist in unserem Schutzvertrag vermerkt. Hunde die noch zu jung sind um kastriert zu werden, oder kranke Hunde welche die Beteubung zu der Zeit nicht ueberstehen wuerden, muessen spaeter lt. Vertrag sterilisiert werden. Diese Ausfuehrung wird von einem Inspektor in Belgien nachgeprueft. Weiterhin wird einige Zeit nach der

Vermittlung eine Nachkontrolle ausgefuehrt, um uns zu vergewissern, dass es dem Hund gut geht.

Menschen kritisieren sich immer gegenseitig, aber unser Ziel ist klar, das Wohlbehagen der Hunde ist uns am Wichtigsten, nicht der Verkaufsmarkt, die Gewinne und das Leben von den Spenden. Soetwas ist fuer uns undenkbar. Unsere Finanzen stehen jederzeit zur Ueberpruefung  bereit, und durch unsere Charity Registrierung wird dieses auch regelmaessig ueberprueft.

Bitte lassen Sie die armen Tiere nicht sterben, viele bekommen nach 10 Tagen ein Spitze zur Entsorgung. Wer hat das Recht zu urteilen, dass diese armen Tiere sterben. Die Liebe eines Tieres ist infinitive und lassen Sie Ihr Herz auch so sprechen.
