Support Animal Abuse Registration Law By Tennessee Government & Implement the law in every state

If you are involved in a foul sexual activity. You will be registered as a 'Sex Offender' and you have contact the sheriff of the local area, if you move to another city, it is the law in most of the states. Tennessee government is approving another law same as sex offender, which will protect our animals against the cruelty. If a person is found guilty in beating or any other type of abuse, he will be registered as 'Animal offender', his name will be public to the world on the Tennessee website.

It will reduce the cruelty cases by 70% according to a professor from East Tennessee State University. We demand, each and every state to make the same law, to take down the serious issues of cruelty against the innocent animals of our country, they will have the same spirit of freedom as practice by the humans. Also, we demand UN animals rights division WWF, European Union Animals rights wing and various other organization to put pressure on all the countries to implement this law.
