CREATE A NATIONAL BEAVER RELOCATON PROGRAM TO UTILIZE PROBLEM BEAVERS AS SOLUTION BEAVERS!

We the undersigned believe problem beavers should be relocated to different areas where they can instead be utilized as solution beavers.
