Stop CPS In Santa Clara County from Destroying Families

There are many families destroyed by the Santa Clara County CPS, Ca, by taking their children AND pretend to HELP the families for " Reunification" but all they do is dig more dirt or anything to use against the families, so that the children remain in fosterhomes, group homes or Camps, where the kids are more abused, even RAPED but CPS dont do anthing to stop the ABUSES.If the parental rights of the parents are terminated WHY is it the SANTA CLARA COUNTY,CA dont place the children to families that have been fighting to get them( not the abuser parents) but the grand parents or AUNTS and  UNCLES, who can provide a safe and loving environment for the children?
