Stop the Deer Cull in the Royal Parks.

This is cruel and unnecessary, and also causes a huge amount of stress and terror to the surviving animals. Time to stop Richmond and Bushy Park being hunting parks - we should have moved on from the days of Henry VIII by now.

The deer cull in the Royal Parks is cruel and unnecessary, and also causes a huge amount of stress and terror to the surviving animals. Time to stop Richmond and Bushy Park being hunting parks - we should have moved on from the days of Henry VIII by now.

Wildlife contraception is available, and is already in use in two US states, Maryland and New Jersey, so it is surely time to license it in the UK for a trial of this method in the Royal Parks, as a non-lethal and compassionate alternative to the cull.
