Help start an Animal Abuser Registry

If you think animal abuse is wrong then you should agree with me here. I feel that people who hurt animals and neglect them should have to register with the state/county of resident. Just like sex offenders they should be investigated when trying to get a pet, they should be made known to neighbors. Lets stop animal abuse lets help prevent it and prevent people who have harmed innocent pets from doing it again. Lets stand up and fight for a solution to a big problem.

Many dogs are plagued with illnesses or infirmaries like kidney or heart disease, as a result of the poor conditions they’re kept in. Today dogfighting has been reported in urban, suburban, and rural settings in all regions of the country. It’s been estimated that there are 900 to 2,000 new cases every year of animal hoarding in the US, with a quarter of a million animals falling victim.
