Hobart humane society won't release my bully breed mix

The reason I'm asking for help is I own a six year old albino bully breed mix that got out of my house while I went to go get my grandmother from work with my aunt when we had got back not even an hour later the window was open and my baby was gone we have jumped through hoops have many people are willing to help my family bring our baby home we have the money to get him all the vet care he needs and still they wish for my mom to give up our rights to my baby prince witch is a very dear member to my family so much to were there is a lawyer now involved to bring him home I need as much help as possible to help bring him home and for him not to be put to sleep I'm crying out for help please he deserves to be home with his family witch we are the only family he has ever known I've owned him his whole life please please please help bring my baby home
And also I'm am hoping to get people to stop bullying my breed♡
