Stop abuse of the quokka

Quokkas are being abused by cruel thugs feeding them alcohol, setting them afire and kicking them into walls. The abusers are currently getting a slap on the wrist that is not a disincentive! Please get serious, ban the bullies from Rottnest Island along with substantial fines and meaningful jail time. A $2500 fine is not sufficient.
