Tell Scottish Government to Ban Fox Snares!
Cruel snare traps are still legal in Scotland, even though 76 percent of Scottish people want a ban. The crude, old-fashioned traps kill and torture animals in a brutal and terrifying manner. Animals are so desperate to escape the traps that some have resorted to chewing off their own limbs.
Snares don't discriminate when it comes to catching animals. Though usually intended to catch predatory foxes, the traps kill and injure family pets, endangered species, and harmless wildlife. And torture is not an appropriate way to control any animal, predatory or not.
Please sign the petition to urge the Scottish Government to side with compassion and the desires of its people, and to ban snare traps once and for all!
