**PETITION 2 OF 2. THERE IS A SEPARATE PETITION TO ALSO BE SIGNED**
PETITION FOR MAYORAL RECALL FOR THE TOWN OF MUNFORD, ALABAMA
To the City/Town Clerk. We the following registered voters of
Munford, Alabama, do respectfully request that you instigate an election
recall to be held for the purpose of recalling Jo Ann Fambrough, who holds
the office of Mayor of the Town of Munford.
Signatures of those signing the petition along with residential addresses
shall follow.
Upon receipt of such a petition, the City/Town Clerk shall make
arrangements under Alabama Law to hold such election within 30 (Thirty)
days of receipt by the City/Town Clerk of such petition.
Provided that a majority of registered voters vote for the recall, then the
City/Town Clerk shall thereupon declare that office vacant and the office
holder shall no longer be an elected official.
The office holder's successor shall be named as prescribed elsewhere in
this chapter

THERE HAVE BEEN TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THE PAST AND CURRENT ADMINISTRATIONS. BETWEEN LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, CORRUPTION, MISMANAGEMENT AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY, WE NEED TO GET THE ABLE AND QUALIFIED IN TO FILL OUR TOWN POSITIONS THAT ACTUALLY SERVE OUR COMMUNITY. WE NEED ATLEAST 30% OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF MUNFORD TO SIGN THIS PETITION TO BE ABLE TO GET THE RECALL DONE. PEOPLE IN OUR TOWN HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR A CHANGE AND A FIX TO OUR PROBLEMS, THE OPPORTUNITY IS HERE.
