Demand to an end of unwaverng and unjust policies

Everyday employers are bringing about policies that are deemed unfair..... unjust and unwavering. Many times co-workers talk amongst themselves but never come forth and come together to take a stand to the tyranny because of fear of losing ones place of employment. One has to take a stand against the procedures of creating unfathomable rules and regulations that appears to manifest out of then air with no written agreements or written policies in place
