Every day animals are imported from East-European countries to Western European countries for a very low price so puppy mills and shops can earn a lot of money on them. Many of the animals do not survive the trip here and because they are bred in horrible conditions, their health is low. Many people lose their dog even after a few days because it is so sick.
These people must be stopped and the best way to do so is to forbid puppies and kittens to be sold in shops and put a maximum on dogs bred every year. In many countries shops are not allowed to sell animals, but a lot of them manage to get around this ban by selling them in the back of their shop. The biggest problem are sellers on the internet, who often have over fifty breeds. Please help us and make sure the gouvernement makes their laws more strickt.
Only a few months ago a young girl was attacked by a pack of dogs that had run away from a puppy mill, proving once again these people do not care about their dogs and don't get them to be socialised! Help us wake up the authorities so they do something about it.
