We call for the fraudulant New Zealand Government to cease and desist in breaching the 1835/1840 British Protectorate Agreements of the Family Estate of Maori.
We honor the commitment of our Ancestors who for the protection of our heritage and the estate of lands and territorial waters of the New Zealand Maori, witnessed the 21 Gun Salute of the Royal Navy War Ship the HMS Alligator. This historic day between Maori and English was recognised by King William IV of England that on Wednesday, October, 28, 1835 the official Te Kara Flag of the Confederation of Chiefs was hoisted on the sacred grounds of Waitangi, in good faith with the British Resident James Busby the Declaration Of Independence of New Zealand was signed.
THE DECLARATION
1. We, the absolute leaders of the tribes (iwi) of New Zealand (Nu Tireni) to the north of Hauraki (Thames) having assembled in the Bay of Islands (Tokerau) on 28th October 1835. [We] declare the authority and leadership of our country and say and declare them to be prosperous economy and chiefly country (Wenua Rangatira) under the title of 'Te Wakaminenga o ngā Hapū o Nu Tireni' (The sacred Confederation of Tribes of New Zealand).
2. The sovereignty/kingship (Kīngitanga) and the mana from the land of the Confederation of New Zealand are here declared to belong solely to the true leaders (Tino Rangatira) of our gathering, and we also declare that we will not allow (tukua) any other group to frame laws (wakarite ture), nor any Governorship (Kawanatanga) to be established in the lands of the Confederation, unless (by persons) appointed by us to carry out (wakarite) the laws (ture) we have enacted in our assembly (huihuinga).
3. We, the true leaders have agreed to meet in a formal gathering (rūnanga) at Waitangi in the autumn (Ngahuru) of each year to enact laws (wakarite ture) that justice may be done (kia tika ai te wakawakanga), so that peace may prevail and wrong-doing cease and trade (hokohoko) be fair. [We] invite the southern tribes to set aside their animosities, consider the well-being of our land and enter into the sacred Confederation of New Zealand.
4. We agree that a copy of our declaration should be written and sent to the King of England to express our appreciation (aroha) for this approval of our flag. And because we are showing friendship and care for the Pākehā who live on our shores, who have come here to trade (hokohoko), we ask the King to remain as a protector (matua) for us in our inexperienced statehood (tamarikitanga), lest our authority and leadership be ended (kei whakakahoretia tō mātou Rangatiratanga).
We also honor the Signatories who in good faith, shared with the Lieutenant Governor William Hobson the agreement of the Treaty of Waitangi Thursday, February, 6, 1840 that Maori did in fact reaffirm their sovereign rights to the undisputed possession of their lands and territorial waters.
We treasure the courage and morn the pain, suffering and sacrifices of those ancestors who were brutally overcome by gun fire and where in skirmishes with colonial setters and forces with the devastation of canon fire causing murderous death upon Maori Communities lead to war being declared in writing and in person to the British Settlers, Administration and its military forces. The New Zealand Wars and other historic confrontations by the invasion of the British Empire, French and American Foreigners culminating in Colonial Police, Soldiers, Mercenaries, Militia, Veteran Contingents and Commanders under the orders of the British Commonwealth and the Parliament(s) of New South Wales and the United Kingdom hosted numerous war crimes and human rights abuse.
THE CLAIM

1) The history of all successive Governments of the House Of Representatives to date have legislated against the Maori State Identity as a Sovereign Independent Nation. 2) The Governor General(s) Role as the Sovereign of the Queen in Right, representative of the Commonwealth Heads of State and Protectorate of the Infant State of New Zealand has and continues to be compromised by illegal legislation of the House of Representatives 3) The House Of Representatives refuse to show support of how the Waitangi Tribunal concluded that, Nga Puhi did not cede sovereignty to the British Crown by signing the Tiriti O Waitangi 1840. 4) The efforts of the New South Wales Government combined with statutory law in constituting the New Zealand Government in 1902 changed the National Flag of the ensign of the Blue Squadron of the Royal Navy. The stars of the Southern Cross emphasis this country's location in the South Pacific Ocean. The Union Jack in the first quarter recognizes New Zealand's historical origins as a British colony and dominion. 5) The on-going business interest of the House Of Representatives is commercial based and relies on the selling off of Maori ownership and their rights to crown lands, forest, fauna, waters, minerals and air space. 7) There is no fair valuation of grievances or processes of justice that is agreed upon by Maori. 8) The apologies, justice or compensation of the Government for the Treaty Claimants is one sided and only supports professional or political interest of the government of the day. 10) The government in respect of the Human Rights Commissions 181st anniversary of New Zealand's Declaration of Independence gives no acknowledgements to the History and Signatories of the foundation documents of New Zealand dated Wednesday 28 October 1835 Te Whakaputanga O Te Rangatira O Niu Tireni. 11) The government practices no acknowledgements or Roll of Honor of the Signatories of Thursday, February, 6, 1840 Te Tiriti O Waitangi.

THE PURPOSES OF THIS PETITION
This PETITION is a demand to right the wrongs of 181 yrs of commercial, political and colonial domination against Maori. This PETITION demands the RIGHTS of the Hereditary Chiefs of New Zealand to be Re-Instated as the undisputed Sovereign Heads of State above that of the House of Representatives. This PETITION demands the New Zealand House Of Representatives DECLARE the signatories of the 1840 Te Tiriti O Waitangi did not cede sovereignty to the undisputed possession of the Territories of New Zealand. This PETITION is to initiate the closure of this company founded in New South Wales-Australia calling itself the 'New Zealand government' that operates fraudulently and without legitimacy. This PETITION is to initiate the closure of this Wellington based company calling itself the 'New Zealand government' that operates in breach of both; He (W)hakaputanga O Te Rangatiratanga O Nu Tirini 1835 and Te Tiriti O Waitangi 1840 This PETITION is to initiate the closure of this company that calls itself the 'New Zealand government' and that operates in defiance of United Nations recommendations to address the continued human rights violations 'it' imposes on Maori. This PETITION is to initiate the closure of this divisive company named the 'New Zealand government' that continues to compose laws that causes wide scale, long and short term physical, spiritual and detrimental damage to Maori socially, culturally and economically. This PETITION is to initiate the closure of this profit driven company calling itself the 'New Zealand government' that continues to 'secretly' sell off large portfolios of land to rich overseas interests, that continues to negotiate, harvest and sell large stocks of native timber to overseas interests, that continues to sell off extensive mineral and mining rights to overseas rich interests, that is vibrantly issuing exclusive exploration and mining permits to wealthy foreign mining companies for the rights of oil, gases and minerals from atop the seabed and beneath the seabed. The once Maori owned seabed fraudulently obtained by the 'New Zealand government' in one of the biggest land grabs known in modern time and around the world. We know it as the Foreshore and Seabed Act 2004 I state neither He (W)hakaputanga O Te Rangatiratanga O Nu Tirini 1835 OR Te Tiriti O Waitangi 1840 ever ceded mana, rangatiratanga or governorship to the crown or any notion of subjects to the crown but that Maori were equal partners with the Queen of England. I state that my God given rights through whakapapa bestowed on me at birth gave me exclusive taonga(ngataonga tuku iho no nga tupuna) a few being maoritanga, mana, tapu, mauri, wairua, tikanga, manaakitanga, tūrangawaewae, mana tangata, mana whenua, mana moana, mana motuhake, kaitiakitanga..tino rangatiratanga which I hold fast to I state that the New Zealand government is fraudulent and I sign this petition as it is time to return Tino rangatiratanga and kaitiakitanga to the tangata whenua. The welfare of all indigenous cultures has been at the mercy of all government regimes. They continue to provide for commercial industries above community, health, welfare, education, employment and recreation. Maori refuse any consent to license any Mineral Resources of all territorial lands and waters of Papatuanuku and Ranginui. In accordance to Wednesday 28 October 1835 DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF NEW ZEALAND AND THE CONFEDERATION OF HEREDITARY CHIEFS also Thursday 6 February 1840 THE TREATY OF WAITANGI and Monday 19 April 2010 announcement of Sir Pita Russell Sharples KNZM CBE for the New Zealand Government to support THE UNITED NATIONS DECLARATION ON THE RIGHTS OF INDIGENOUS PEOPLES RIGHTS TO SELF DETERMINATION (UNDRIP) before the General Assembly in New York These documents are the legal rights of Maori. It is historic that the House of Representatives and the Governor General(s) refuse to show support of how the Waitangi Tribunal concluded that, Nga Puhi did not cede sovereignty to the British Crown by signing the Tiriti O Waitangi 1840. The selling off of Maori ownership and rights to their lands, forest, fauna, waters and minerals is the on going crime and abuse that Maori are unable to be compensated or reimbursed for by any government or tribunal. The lawlessness of british subjects combined with the statutory acts in constituting the New Zealand Government is an evil against Maori with regard to the foundation documents of New Zealand. Published on May 28, 2017 59 Māori and Moriori ancestral remains have been repatriated from England, Germany and Sweden. A ceremony to receive the remains took place at Te Papa. The New Zealand Government and the Governor General must declare the 3 Historic documents of the 1835 Declaration of Independence, the 1840 Treaty Of Waitangi being the founding documents of New Zealand and also the 2009 signing of the United Nations Declaration of Indigenous Peoples Rights to Self Determination are to be the foundation documents for the future of the Indigenous Maori Nation of New Zealand.
