Animal Response Unit

On 9/11/2016 my puppy teddy died he stopped breathing my parents called 911 an ambulance showed up but they refused to help in anyway so we tried finding a close pet hospital but there were no close pet hospitals open we had to travel 45 mins away. Teddy died 5-10 minutes after we got there he was my parents confert dog he helped them he made them happy my parents suffer with depression n a few other things but We tried to get to the pet hosiptal as fast as possible without causing a accident or anything bad the vet told us if the peramedics would of gave him oxygen or soething else there would of been a better chance of him surviving so we wanna try to start a ambulance service for animals to get them to a pet hospital fast and safely we don't want this to happen to someone else our pets to us are family it hurt so bad when teddy passed away. So we are trying to get lots of signatures to try to start something
