Even though Roe v. Wade has been overturned by the Supreme Court, there are still lots of ways for Congress to support abortion rights across the country.
One such way would be to pass the Democrats' EACH Act, which would reverse the terrible Hyde Amendment preventing federal funds from being used to pay for abortion care and would restore abortion coverage to those who have healthcare through the government.
Tell Congress to reverse the Hyde Amendment and give government employees the abortion care they deserve!
The EACH Act would also prohibit political interference with decisions by private health insurance companies to offer coverage for abortion care, meaning that should Democrats lose the White House, a Republican president wouldn't be able to force private companies to deny abortion care coverage.
The Hyde Amendment is an anachronism from a bygone era; it has no place existing in a modern political landscape where the highest court in the land is stacked with religious extremists, cutting off life-saving healthcare for women across the country. America's women need all the help they can get right now.
