Convert all Game Sanctuaries of Trinidad & Tobago to Preservation

Preservation of the environment, lands and their natural resources should not be consumed by humans and should instead be maintained in their pristine form with intrinsic value. I believe that humans can't have access to the Game Sanctuaries (Permits ONLY for Researchers).
Hunting by Poachers , Oil & Gas Exploration , Quarrying, Logging & Farmers is a major threat to our wildlife ,Flora & Fauna, Watershed etc.
