The dog is consistently kept on a chain in 5-degree temperatures, without adequate shelter, warmth, or proper care. Despite multiple reports to local authorities, no action can be taken to protect this animal from suffering and potential fatal exposure.
Under Missouri's State's Animal Cruelty Laws it is unlawful to leave an animal in conditions that cause unnecessary suffering. This case is a clear example of neglect and cruelty, and we demand that immediate action be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of this dog.
