OFFICER KEVIN DUPRE SHOULD RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING...Administrative leave w/out pay, lose all benefits & pensions, lose badge, lose the right his right & liscence to carry, lose job indefinitely, pay restitution to the family of Maximus, receive 5-10 yrs. probation @ an Animal Shelter, receive the maximum fine of Animal Cruelty, charged w/ the felony of animal cruelty, receive 90 days jail time, pay all court costs & fees, lose any & all animals in his home, never be able to own/have any animal...lose his career as an officer, not be able to have any job that deal w/ police actions/duties...****ANY & ALL PERSON/PEOPLE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS****
