Verizon Polk County North Carolina & Surrounding Area Customer Complaints

Dear Verizon,


We, the Verizon customers of Polk County and the surrounding area, are writing to collectively inform you that we are dissatisfied with the quality of service we are receiving as of late.

Several of us have called and voiced our concerns directly to Verizon and were informed that there was not a great number of direct complaints on record with Verizon from customers in this area.

We would like to assist you by streamlining our collective concerns into this petition. Hopefully, this will allow you to have an accurate record of customers in this area who are not satisfied with their current service and their reasons for that dissatisfaction.
