the children are with out lights and they for themselves cant fight

Hi Im A Child In The DARK WITHOUT Lights I cant see to read my school books,Water I am thirsty but have no water to drink, I am cold but i have no heat to stay warm because my parent, parents cant afford to pay the high bill,I am sick because of being without utilities in these conditions but who cares about me im only a child. i cry but no see me or cares, i prayed and this petition was my answer,please help we need you to sign and to our legilatures we will send this because its not fair to us and we want to let them, know whats on our and your mind!
