Stop Harold Simmons' s Nuclear waste dump in Texas

The Nuclear waste dump in west TX needs to be stopped. A billionaire should not get richer with the tax payers left holding the risk (both financial and health). Nuclear waste IS DANGEROUS and Texas does not want it!.
