Ban Male Erectile Drugs

Stop the immoral recreational use of male erectile drugs and devices.
Honorable Bishops, we the citizens of the United States, petition you to ban
the recreational use, by Catholic men, of Viagra, Cialis and any other male erectile stimulation drugs or devices, except, by written request of a woman to whom he is bonded by holy matrimony, and then for no longer than one week, for procreation purposes only.  Recreational use is to be strictly forbidden and prohibited.  A physical examination shall be performed by the parish priest with a medical doctor in attendance.  If the man is unable to initiate an erection after being manually stimulated by the priest, the medical doctor can take that failure into consideration in determining if the drug or device merits dispensation.  Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
