The national Institutes of health (NIH), is exporting cruel animal tests overseas, and this is also costing the U.S. Taxpayers billions of dollars. These cruel tests should never take place in the first place, and now they want to send this testing overseas at a cost to the American taxpayers of billions of dollars. This petition is twofold. First, let's put an end to these cruel tests, and secondly, lets tell the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that they should not send this tests overseas at taxpayer expense.
